What are the payment options available

We are partnered with multiple payment gateways which accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, net banking and UPI. The amount which reflects during the final payment page is collected through the payment gateway.

We have 'cash on delivery' available only for the orders above the net value of ₹302. A Cash on delivery charge of ₹40 is charged on each order by the shipping vendor as 'Cash handling fee'.

What are the shipping and delivery charges

All the orders of net value more than ₹302 are shipped for free. A delivery fee of ₹40 is applicable for any orders of value less than ₹302.

When are the orders shipped

All the orders received before 12 noon are shipped the same day. if the order is received on a holiday, the order will be shipped on the next working day. In case there is any delay in the shipment, we will keep you informed about the cause of the delay and by when we can ship your orders

What is the time for delivery after order is placed

All the orders are shipped from Bangalore. Once the order is shipped, the time of delivery depends on the distance from Bangalore. We are in constant pursuit of improving the delivery experience by making it faster.

We are not able to find some products which we purchased previously.

The menu and the product list is dynamic and is constantly evolving. During the evolution process, we will onboard may new brands and will rarely offboard some. Similarly, we keep adding more products and sometimes remove some. The removal may be due to not meeting the expectations of the customers, not meeting the quality standards or sometimes even due to discontinuation of production. These may be the reasons for non visibility of some products.
