Amber Deluxe contains sandalwood and the popular and very exclusive halmaddi resin extracted from the Ailanthus triphysa tree, along with other supporting essential oils, resins and herbs. The combination is a very inspiring sweet-woody fragrance ideal for contemplation or meditation. The mix of pure charcoal with fragrant substances produces a very pure and soul-touching experience.

What are the payment options available

We are partnered with multiple payment gateways which accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, net banking and UPI. The amount which reflects during the final payment page is collected through the payment gateway.

We have 'cash on delivery' available only for the orders above the net value of ₹302. A Cash on delivery charge of ₹40 is charged on each order by the shipping vendor as 'Cash handling fee'.

What are the shipping and delivery charges

All the orders of net value more than ₹302 are shipped for free. A delivery fee of ₹40 is applicable for any orders of value less than ₹302.

When are the orders shipped

Orders placed before 12 noon are shipped on the same day. Orders received on holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. In the event of any delays, we will promptly inform you about the reason for the delay and provide an updated shipping timeline.

What is the time for delivery after order is placed

All orders are dispatched from Bangalore, and delivery times vary based on the destination's distance from the city. We are continually working to enhance the delivery experience and ensure faster service. Hence we have introduced a "Fast Shipping" option for eligible orders after a payment of a nominal fee.

We are not able to find some products which we purchased previously.

Our menu and product list are dynamic and continuously evolving. As part of this process, we frequently onboard new brands while occasionally offboarding others. Similarly, we regularly introduce new products and, at times, remove certain items. Products may be discontinued if they fail to meet customer expectations, fall short of quality standards, or are no longer in production.

What are the testers which are available

Our goal is to provide customers with the finest products from top manufacturers. To ensure satisfaction, we offer a new option called "testers" for some our products. Customers can purchase these testers to try the products first and make a purchase only if they are fully satisfied.
